Tiara (ティアラ) is a DLC Exclusive character that appears in Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart, originally from the Fairy Fencer F series.

Appearance[]
Tiara is a pale skinned girl with pink eyes and loose, white colored hair worn with a gray and black themed frilly head piece with pink gems on each bow attached to it.
Tiara wears a short black and white gothic lolita inspired outfit with wrilled wrist cuffs and a ribbon tied around her neck, both of which also have pink gems. She also has on white stockings with black on top and a garter piece on the right leg, and wears short black and white shoes with a single jewelry charm that swings on the left foot.

- Tiara comes from the Compile Hearts game Fairy Fencer F, a game with the same character designer. This makes her the first character from another game to appear in the series.
- Tiara's Voice Actor is Kaori Ishihara. Strangely, she acts like Welsh Cocott (Mugen Souls) and Ram too.
- Tiara is the first and so far only character outside of the Neptunia series with a HDD form. After activating it, it is listed as Fury.
- Unlike others with an HDD form she does not change physically. She gains silver HDD accessory pieces with pink accenting.
