Information
  +
Hyperdimension Neptunia RE;Birth 1 will be a remake of the original Hyperdimension Neptunia. Based on released screenshots and information from the developers, RE;Birth 1 will implement a great many of the changes since the original titles release, borrowing from both mk2 and Victory, the most noticable of which are the dungeon layouts and battle system. Rather than the traditional standing line-up battles that were in the original title, Re;Birth uses the free-movement combat system that was introduced in mk2, along with Victory's EXE Guage. According to updates on the official website, the original method of traveling between continents (via scheduled transports) has also been removed, although the replacement for this feature has not been officially confirmed.

Known Changes
  +
*The combat system has been changed to match the newer titles, using free-moving turn-based combat.
  +
*The transportation system has been changed for travelling between continents and selecting dungeons.
  +
*In-dungeon abilities seem to have been removed (Treasure Hunt, etc), but players can jump.
  +
*Seeing as Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 essentially "rebooted" the series, it is currently unknown how intercharacter relationships will be presented and established within the canon of the series.

Hyperdimension Neptunia RE;Birth 1 is a future game being developed by Compile Heart. It is planned to be released in October 2013 in Japan.

Information

 • The combat system has been changed to match the newer titles, using free-moving turn-based combat.
 • The transportation system has been changed for travelling between continents and selecting dungeons.
 • In-dungeon abilities seem to have been removed (Treasure Hunt, etc), but players can jump.
 • Seeing as Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 essentially "rebooted" the series, it is currently unknown how intercharacter relationships will be presented and established within the canon of the series.
